This program document of the Mindoro Biodiversity Conservation Foundation, Inc. covers a 10-year period commencing in January 2010. The development of this program is based on the results of the Conservation Needs Assessment and in consonance with the vision, mission, goals and objectives of the MBCFI. This shall serve as a management framework for MBCFI in developing and implementing specific conservation measures on its identified priority project sites in Mindoro.
In particular, this program document shall serve as a blueprint on what MBCFI would like to achieve in the next 10 years in Mindoro. This will also serve as a guide for MBCFI in developing specific project proposals and other marketing strategies to generate the necessary resources in implementing the different strategies and activities presented in this program document. Furthermore, MBCFI shall translate the different components of this program document into annual and work financial plan.
